“Saw the ad on Facebook and honestly thought the price was too good to be true, so I ordered the 9 LB box to test. Arrived frozen rock-solid with dry ice still in the cooler! These legs are genuinely colossal—sweet, succulent, and packed with meat.”

Sarah M. ✓ Verified Buyer · Austin, TX

“Steamed them for 6 minutes and served with lemon garlic butter. Incredibly fresh and zero fishy smell. The 9 LB Buy 2 Get 1 Free box fed our entire family of 6 with leftovers!”

Mark K. ✓ Verified Buyer · Chicago, IL

“Ordered the 15 LB Feast Box for our Sunday family dinner. Weighed the bags on my kitchen scale and every single pack was slightly over weight. Massive meat yield!”

Shipping & Refund Policy FAQ

Why is this priced so much lower than local grocery stores?

Retail supermarkets pass through 4–5 middlemen (brokers, national distributors, and retail chains), pushing King Crab prices over $40/lb. We ship seasonal cold-storage overstock directly from our fishery facilities to US households, limiting orders to 1 box per household.

How is the crab shipped to US addresses?

Every order ships via dedicated US cold-chain couriers inside a thick molded foam cooler loaded with food-grade dry ice blocks, ensuring your crab stays frozen solid until delivery.

What if my order arrives thawed or damaged?

You are covered by our 100% Frozen-On-Arrival Guarantee. If your package arrives thawed, warm, or damaged in transit, simply send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery for an immediate free replacement or a 100% full refund.

How long can I keep the crab legs in my freezer?

Because our clusters are thick vacuum-sealed right after flash freezing, they stay fresh in your home freezer (at or below 0°F / -18°C) for up to 6–9 months without freezer burn.
